The open plan design will effectively respond to that family needs, the ability to communicate and create lifelong experience without the physical barrier. Kitchen and dining are adjacent to continue that fluidity of connection.The living room will be a communal place for relaxation and serenity optimized by a beautiful and modern fireplace and huge windows to let natural lights in.
The chosen colour scheme is Monochromatic, a variation of shades of green combined with White, Grey, and Black. The chosen colour scheme is inspired by the green lush, misty and foggy days in Nova Scotia, Canada. The selected shades of greens will be spread out between accessories, furniture, some painted areas, and textiles as well. Predominantly, to tone down and give the space a more calming feel, White paint will be used in achieving that goal.

A kitchen renovation project proposal. I am proposing an open concept to create an airy vibe between the dining area, the kitchen, and the family room. The proposed design style is Modern Farmhouse. Tan, Brown, Gold, lots White and grey will used throughout as a colour scheme. Natural elements will be used to conform to a traditional farmhouse style.

A design proposal for a small-space grab-n-go coffee and pastry shop. Giving this commercial space a more engaging and modern look. An interesting, geometrical feature wall to catch attention of people walking by will be a focal point. A beautiful pendant light in different heights will be installed on the counter area to give the space that ambiance of warmness. An oversized chandellier is to be set up in the middle of the shop to create elegance The proposed colour scheme is Achromatic: Black, Grey, White, and Yellow. The French door will allow a better mobility for customers and maintain the idea of grab and go.
